Recruitment and Employer Branding Specialist

Mengembangkan pemahaman yang baik tentang Growth Center dan Kompas Gramedia perusahaan dan start up, industri, apa yang dilakukan perusahaan, dan budaya kerja mereka.
Menyusun strategi dan mengimplementasikan inisiatif/program pencitraan perusahaan internal dan eksternal untuk KG (misalnya Program Magang, Program Bantuan Karyawan, dll.)
Mencari dan berhubungan dengan berbagai channel eksternal (contoh: universitas, jaringan alumni, influencer mahasiswa, komunitas, dll.)
Menyelenggarakan kolaborasi acara (misalnya webinar, dosen tamu, pembicara tamu, Job Fair, sesi Showcase Perusahaan, dll.)
Menjadi penanggung jawab rekrutmen massal dan acara employer branding online/offline.
Menemukan, terus memperbaharui, dan menerapkan Employee Value Proposition (EVP) menjadi konten yang menarik dan interaktif untuk media sosial perusahaan
Bekerja dengan HR expertise team dalam semua inisiatif terkait rekrutmen, terutama dalam aktivasi acara Employer Branding dan Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Menangkap dan menganalisa data/metrik sosial, tren, dan praktik terbaik media sosial yang sesuai untuk mengukur efektivitas strategi branding perusahaan dan setiap kampanye media sosial, kemudian gunakan informasi itu untuk menyempurnakan kampanye di masa mendatang
Bertanggung jawab atas proses rekrutmen end-to-end (dari mengumpulkan kebutuhan user hingga perekrutan) untuk kebutuhan talent di Growth Center / Corporate HR / unit KG lainnya per permintaan
Melakukan reference check dan meninjau kesesuaian kandidat jika diminta oleh user.
Mempertahankan SLA dalam keseluruhan proses rekrutmen (+/- 1 minggu dari proses end to end)
Memiliki pengalaman dalam employer branding dan rekrutmen untuk perusahaan korporat yang sudah established
Memahami dan berpengalaman dalam employer branding, dan memiliki semangat untuk terus mengeksplorasi strategi dan inisiatif yang terkait dengan employer branding
Memiliki pengalaman dalam proses end-to-end recruitment dan headhunting atau executive search (memiliki pengalaman bekerja di perusahaan konsultan rekrutmen merupakan keuntungan)
Memiliki pengalaman menyelenggarakan event rekrutmen massal atau event employer branding
Berpengalaman mengoperasikan Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Tertarik untuk menjalin dan menjaga relasi dengan berbagai stakeholder
Memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis dan keterampilan pemecahan masalah yang baik
Memiliki keterampilan interpersonal, presentasi, dan komunikasi yang solid
Memiliki growth traits seperti growth mindset, grit, purpose in life
