**About the Role**:

- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the IT sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and market presence.
- Lead market analysis and competitive research to inform strategic planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and insights to meet their business needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective account management and delivery of tailored IT solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing business development team.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets for the IT business unit.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Leverage your existing network to open doors and create opportunities within the business community.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a or equivalent work experience or certifications/courses, is required.
- Must have at least 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of success in B2B business development, with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- A strong background in IT Consulting company would be an advantageous skill set.
- Extensive experience in managing client relationships and delivering complex IT solutions.
- Solutive mindset with the ability to provide innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Established network within the business community, with strong relationships among business leaders and decision-makers.
- Ability to leverage relationships to drive business growth and open new opportunities.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.
