- Plan and coordinate the efforts to onboard and acquire merchants in line with the successful lending business strategy.
- Develop partnerships with both online and offline retailers, as well as with other industry players, to open up use cases for their consumers
- Develop and run a high-performing commercial team under the financing business units

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in driving a commercial (sales) and partnership team within a financial technology and/or multi-finance companies
- Posses a deep knowledge and understanding of the market needs and risk profile towards financial products
- Possess a solid analytical problem-solving approach yet agile and pragmatic in execution
- Possess a solid network within hospitality industry as well as the financing sector
- Understand about productive financing, joint financing scheme
