In this role, you will oversee the complete merchant acquisition process, from offline events/meetings to lead generation, cold outreach, and onboarding.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Strategy: Chart the acquisition roadmap (online/offline) and create mass onboarding strategies, particularly targeting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
- Partnership: Develop scalable acquisition and incubation programs to foster ecosystem partnerships, identify, engage with potential partners and develop long-term relationship.
- Execution: Lead the team to plan promotional activities (online/offline) to build the merchant pipeline to achieve acquisition target and ensures that such promotional activities are timely activated.
- XFN Collaboration: Collect feedback from sellers/partners to understand their onboard experience and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve onboarding procedures.
- Analysis: Analyze top-performing partners to identify successful practices and develop methodologies for improving team efficiency.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above.
- 5+ years experience in acquisition/business development/client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of the Indonesia E-commerce landscape.
- Experience in scalable user or business growth, familiar with online/offline partner recruitment, incentive policies, marketing or advertising.
- Strong business development skills to manage external business partners.
- Skilled at cross-team collaboration in a global working environment.
- Data-sensitive, able to set clear goals and monitor progress; capable of analyzing complex business issues, identifying opportunities, and continuously optimizing strategies.

**Preferred Qualification**:

- Strong knowledge of the Indonesia SMB industry landscape, digital evolution, and mobile transformation.
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure.
