**Service Contract Agreements (PSA)**
- Develop and implement strategies to sell service contract agreements tailored to customer needs.
- Lead and support the sales team in identifying, engaging, and securing new PSA customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
**Industrial Refrigerant Business**:
- Manage the sales team responsible for labor, material, and retrofit projects related to industrial refrigerant systems.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, solution design, quotation, and post-sale support.
- Work closely with engineering and technical teams to provide customized solutions for clients.
- Stay updated on refrigerant regulations, technologies, and market demands to offer cutting-edge solutions to clients.
- Drive initiatives for customer education on refrigerant lifecycle management and sustainability.
**Team Leadership**:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans when necessary.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and market strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to streamline sales processes and enhance customer experience.
**Business Development and Strategy**:
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the business portfolio.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular reports to senior management.
- Develop pricing strategies, promotional plans, and marketing campaigns to support sales goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build brand presence.
**What we look for**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in industrial services, HVAC, or refrigeration industries.
- Strong understanding of service contract agreements and industrial refrigerant systems.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Technical knowledge of refrigeration systems and retrofitting solutions.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to refrigerants and HVAC systems.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
