**Tanggung Jawab**:

- Mengembangkan strategi penjualan untuk mencapai target
- Menetapkan target penjualan untuk masing-masing sales
- Mengkoordinasikan rencana penjualan untuk masing-masing tim sales
- Mengontrol aktivitas dan kinerja tim sales
- Memantau pencapaian target penjualan masing-masing sales
- Mengevaluasi kinerja tim sales
- Membuat target penjualan tahunan, triwulanan dan bulanan untuk masing masing sales
- Mengontrol pengeluaran dan memantau anggaran yang sudah di siapkan
- Menganalisa data untuk strategi penjualan tim sales

**Persyaratan**:

- S1 Manajemen / Ilmu Komunikasi, IPK mínimal 3.00
- Usia : 28 - 35 Tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan dalam teknik penjualan produk serta negosiasi
- Lancar dalam berbahasa dan menulis dalam Bahasa Inggris
- Memiliki pengalaman min. 3-5 tahun di bidang ISP/Enterpise/Carrier/System Integrator
- Memiliki kemampuan dalam teknik penjualan produk
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki kepemimpinan dan kerja tim yang kuat
