Aftersales Service Specialist

Responsible for the fit-out, construction and operation of service center.
- Provide service solution planning and design.
- The construction and use of systems and tools, the implementation of the CRM system, and the construction and use of the official website.
- Establish the standard for the operation of each service channel and assume the responsibility for successful promotion.
- VOC treatment and control to ensure service reputation.
- Assist in the management of service spare parts planning and delivery.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of product features, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers and resolve issues promptly.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage service projects and timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer interactions and service history.
- Familiarity with technical tools and equipment used in service and repair.
- Ability to analyze service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Experience in after-sales service, technical support, or a related field.
- Experience in service center management and operations.
- Experience in managing service teams and technicians.
