Service Account Manager

The Service Account Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. The Service Account Manager reports directly to the Director of Client Services.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Grow sales and profitability of Services offering, adapt regional services strategy to his/her territory, direct and implement action plans with aftersales team
- Ensure that customer production line is optimized to the maximum
- Responsible for performance of company products, reports non-conformities and responsible for issue resolution process
- Propose new Services products that add value to the Customer and are profitable for Company
- Sell and negotiate company Services portfolio, according to rules and processes of the Company
- Plan customer contacts, visits and promotions
- Coordinate and analyze market and competitor information, provide forecasts and report to relevant stakeholders
- Lead a team and develop required competencies
- Responsible for his/her region outstanding and overdue payment performance
- Is in charge of given account in his/her region
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Min. 5-8 yrs of sales experience
- In depth knowledge of Filling and packaging industry equipment and services
- Minimum 5 years of experience on the field (maintenance, production, Field Service Engineer)
- Able to travel >50%
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Good level of local language and English
