**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- **Sales and Business Development**: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and managed services.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of IT solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- **Contract Negotiation and Renewals**: Lead contract negotiations and manage the renewal process, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
- **Account Growth**: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- **Client Advocacy**: Act as a client advocate within the organization, ensuring their feedback is communicated and used to improve service delivery.
- **Reporting**: Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management on progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements:Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise or mid-sized accounts and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of IT solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and software development.
- **Sales Acumen**: Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and present appropriate IT solutions. Experience in upselling and cross-selling to drive business growth.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills to manage contracts, pricing, and renewals.
- **Project Management**: Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify challenges and provide creative solutions to meet client needs.
- **CRM Expertise**: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage client relationships and track performance.
- **Team Collaboration**: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and project delivery teams.
