We are looking for an experienced** Client Success Specialist** to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage developer campaign (post sales - end to end) and make sure every product delivered
- Make sure every campaign achieved or over achieved KPI
- Give training to client's team
- Analyze the leake in every campaign handled and fix it
- Analyze campaign, create strategy, and next action plan to improve campaign

**What you should have**:

- Analytical Mind: based on data and analytical reasons
- Detail-oriented with the ability to develop activities based upon proactive analysis of client needs
- Self-driven
- 2-4 years of work experience in **client success, business intelligence, consulting, project management, product marketing or equivalent role**:

- Experience in project management skills, great multi-tasker who gets things done
- Tech Savvy
- Excellent written, verbal communication, public speaking and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments
- Experience working with the staff at multiple levels, including senior management, is a plus
- Effective problem solving, collaboration, and influencing skills are crucial for the position
