DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Responsible for Health Safety Environment (HSE) implementation and ensure people safety within assigned Export Warehouse
- Leading and Managing day to day overall operations within assigned Export Warehouse
- Ensure operation team follow Company SOP & Work Instruction
- Responsible to achieve KPI target that aligned with company goals and objectives
- Ensure daily report are sent within time frame
- Manage inventory and in charge for quarterly liquidation of stuck orders
- Request order cancellation for stuck orders

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major (transportation major will be an advantage)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experiences in Express Company / Logistics Company, and managing cross border activities
- Excellent knowledge on express / courier transport cross border operations, project management, people management, problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & Lean skills will be an advantage)
- Good communication skill and possess an excellent team leadership skill
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Prior experience in operating Transport / Freight Management System (TMS / FMS)
- Willing to travel across Indonesia and be placed in Jakarta
