The Area South Sumatra team is a young/established/longstanding team responsible for South Sumatra Area Operations. We make an impact by making Grab one of the biggest online transportation in Southeast Asia and succeeding in cooperating with several big companies. **Get to know the Role**

**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- Represent Grab in relationship with the government and public/private sector stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Build strong relationships with driver communities in the city and conduct regular engagement events.
- Build strong relationships with partners & merchants. Continuously engage our partners & merchants and listen to their needs, and feedback, and stay in close communication, ensuring the partners and merchants are growing with you and the company.
- Coordinate with different departments to plan and execute any changes involving programs, incentives, promos, and events.
- Monitor the performance of the city and create special projects to reach targets.
- Lead and guide the team in the Lampung area to achieve their respective goals.
- Updated knowledge of company products and services.

- You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
- You can use data to identify trends and tell a story
- You have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- You can prioritize and manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- You can speak and communicate well in English/other languages
- You know how to develop professional relationships with your stakeholders and are able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff
- You have good stakeholder management skills and have experience in communicating high-level strategy details effectively across disciplines, locations, and organizations, including senior leadership

**The Nice-to-Haves**
- Good in data analysis + Great attention to detail
- Experience in coordinating multiple projects at the same time
- A good sense of creative art direction and copywriting experience will be a plus
- Good in written and spoken English
