The Transition Program Management Lead position is a high impact role responsible for ensuring successful transitions relating to the Indonesia Consumer franchise divestiture. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring O&T teams are partnering together to ensure efficient and timely alignment on key deliverables, ensuring closing of transactions occur within projected timelines. The Transition Program Management Lead will be responsible for the implementation of the agreed divestiture playbook. The Lead is responsible for ensuring key stakeholder alignment and ensuring plans are documented and continuously updated with input from all relevant stakeholders.

To be successful, the incumbent will draw on past experiences leading large-scale projects, ideally you have a proven track record partnering with technical experts to deliver. You will oversee project plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate achievements to key partners, and recommending techniques and practices that enable success. You ensure cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. You will lead all aspects of project documentation, development of success criteria, outcomes measurement and successful handoff of projects through effective communication. You have experience using Citi approved toolsets and techniques to guarantee the progress of the project and manage the scope and schedule. You will have experience identifying and quantifying variances and taking required corrective actions while engaging all partners.

The TSA Program Management Lead will be the first point of contact for the buyer throughout the TSA period. They will participate in and lead relevant governance committees to ensure appropriate governance, coordinate billing for the services provided, manage entitlements and access and partner with groups across EO&T including Citi Shared Services, Citi Technology Infrastructure, Global Functions Technology, the Chief Information Security Office, Citi Reality Services, Records Management, Continuity of Business Services, the Resource Management Office and the Citi Solutions Centers.

Manages one or more teams.

Assesses creation and signoff of program plan and charter, benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central program issue log.
Oversees program plans meet business needs as described in the program initiation documents.
Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand the program schedule and key milestones.
Works with Program Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives.
Ensures all areas of the program are appropriately staffed. Monitor program commitment from those assigning resources.
Escalates program risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate.
Creates the program risk management plan. Work with procurement team to create, administer, track, and eventually close program contracts.
Makes recommendations for training and development needs for assigned personnel.
