Our team contributes to Key Accounts growth and profitable market share expansion through the direct involvement with activities such as key growth opportunity identification, development of tendering strategies and contract negotiation, linking Account to overall business objectives and strategy by gaining a deep understanding of customer’s strategic objectives.

To support and lead Baker Hughes business development and positioning in Indonesia related to the Energy Transition including the following key elements

As an Energy Transition Director, you will be responsible for:

- Understanding and documenting the Indonesian position on Net Zero, and outlined strategies, support and strategic agreements the Indonesian government have developed,
- Involving in Stakeholder identification in both public and private sectors, looking at funding and financial support
- Identifying key opportunities for Hydrogen, Geothermal and CCUS
- Understanding key segments, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Cement, Mining, Petrochemical, consumer industrial
- Outlining key projects, how they will be developed and outline Baker Hughes position
- Identifying key partnerships with customers and industry collaboration to differentiate Baker Hughes
- Involving in Position Baker Hughes technology portfolio, assess emerging technology to be adopted
- Incubating, growing and establishing key partnerships to compliment the Baker Hughes technology portfolio and engage differentiated commercial models

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business from an accredited university or college
- Have 10+ years of experience in industry-related engineering, sales and/or marketing including minimum 5+ years in a customer-facing role
- Have Strong communication and presentation skills at the executive level. Adept at getting the attention and involvement of the most sophisticated and difficult audiences.
- Have Customer, service and “solutions” mindset
- Able to travel internationally, particularly within the Asia Pacific region for project needs and for short term assignments
- Able to financial astute and able to look strategically at market opportunities for the customers and Baker Hughes
- Able to track record of supporting customer-oriented practices that foster customer loyalty and anticipate changes in customer needs. Understands markets, effective distribution channels, and the vast interplay of individual and market forces that affect customer behavior.
- Able to assesses market trends, economic indicators, and competitive information to determine strategies for segmenting the market, and expertly devises and drives complex marketing/commercial plans involving multiple Baker Hughes businesses.
- Have strong influencing and leadership skills both inside and outside Baker Hughes
