**Get to know the role**

**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- You are responsible for implementing the overall merchant strategy to maximise the Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), and achieve the sales targets
- You will be leading a team of Merchant Acquisition and Account Management associate in the day to day operations, to maximise that works to acquire, maintain relationships, and maximise the GMV from our merchants
- You will create models to evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of merchant acquisition, engagement, and retention programs and experiments.
- You will develop analytical frameworks and coordinate with other business units to measure the impact and efficiency of our team, new products and business processes
- You will collaborate cross-functionally with Grabbers from Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, and BD teams to improve the merchant experience and achieve the market goals
- You will study the data and identify operational weaknesses to help the team innovate and improve over a continued time

**The Must-Haves**
- You have 4-5 years of experience in operations, commercial, marketing function and prior experience with leading an end-to-end sales cycle
- You are able to communicate your ideas and suggestions in a clear and concise way
- You are proficient with analytics and fluent with tools which help you achieve a clear understanding of data sets
- You can manage a team of people and display good interpersonal skills
- You have good computer literacy (i.e. Microsoft Office, GSuite Apps)
- You can communicate your ideas and suggestions in a clear and succinct way
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a plus
- You are able to practice a high level of discretion, a strong sense of accountability, self-motivated, good sense of business/ cultural priorities and nuances
