Refine and implement a sales and marketing strategy aiming at substantially improving and maximizing revenue

Assess and evaluate the commercial strategy & action with regard to long-term goals, budgets and forecasts.

Identify & strategize business opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

Review and evaluate sales team & Associate.

Track all key metrics such as Revenue, Customer Gross Additions, Quality of Acquisition and Distribution KPIs.

Establish functional KPI based on organizational scorecard and cascaded down to Sales Division.

Develop, deliver and evaluate weekly, monthly and quarterly target by carrying out market analysis and relevant research.

Work with management and colleagues to establish a clear sales plan with defined priorities and market penetration and revenue objectives.
At least 7 years of experiences in IT company, strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy and planning

Superior communications, interpersonal and influencing skills (verbal, prose, slides and/or sheets) in both English and Bahasa

A leader and also team player with high empathy

Strong financial & business acumen (have understanding about P&L/profit & loss)

High achievers

Structured and analytical thinking to develop strategic framework, planning and prioritization
