Maintaining an accurate and efficient HR database with employee information and necessary documentation, including administering new join, changes and leavers on system

Update and controlling internal documents

Create informative reports and presentations on HR Metrics (e.g. Turnover rates)

Liaise relation with external partners and ensure legal compliance

Handling employee benefit process (e.g BPJS, Insurance)

Handling day-to-day employee queries about HR-related Issues

Assist Payroll by providing relevant employee information and accurate documents

Participate in HR Projects and organizing events

Handling any other duties required by line manager and HOD
Proven work experience as an HR Administrative/ generalist / relevant role min. 3 years

Bachelor degree in Business Administration / IT or related field

Good command in English (Oral & Written), Mandarin will be an advantage

Experience with HR Software / HRIS (Talenta, SAP, etc)

Computer literacy like Ms. Office, Zoom, Mail merge, Google

Technology Savvy

Strong attention to detail and critical

Well Organized and able work with deadline

Have a good communication and strong interpersonal skill to deal with various level of people
