General Manager Sales

Develop new business opportunities and find new prospective project / clients
- Directing and coordinating all Sales Manager activities regionally
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
- Make forecasting short term and long term sales plans
- Deciding on the most effective go-to market and channel strategy in order to maximize sales execution
- Annual budgeting and investment plans
- Managing, providing training, and development to the team members
- Doing commercial analysis including competitor analysis
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Max age. 40 years old
- At least 5 years working experiences as Sales Manager in ISP Company, system integrator, IT Vendor Company is preferred.
- Excellent in marketing, energetic, good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skill
- Strong in leadership, negotiation, reporting, sales management, timeline / time management, managing sales team capabilities
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Excellent written and spoken English is a must
- Ability and understanding of the market and competition
- Have excellent people skills and intuitive to customer’s business needs.
- Have an excellent knowledge about internet and networking
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Trial period contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: Rp18,000,000 - Rp25,000,000 per month
