Senior Partnership Executive role is an exciting position within Modalku’s Retail Business Department responsible to drive and seek out new potential partnership opportunities to grow the department. This role will focus on sourcing new corporate accounts and developing strong partnership ties with new and existing corporate accounts to increase corporate employee acquisition for Modalku’s financial solution.

**What you will do**:

- Look out for acquisition sources and opportunities through strategic partnerships with external partners as well as across business units within the Modalku group such as corporate banking, SME banking as well as other businesses.
- Establish and generate new business through networking events via connecting with Key Appointment holders, HR and decision makers of companies.
- Promote employee loan proposition.
- Pitch and deliver corporate sales presentations as well support and jointly conduct Employee Communication Sessions to the employees of the newly acquired corporate customers.
- Develop MOU with new corporate clients with Senior Manager
- Support day to day administrative and filing related to Retail Partnership Product

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (advanced degree is an advantage)
- Demonstrable record in developing new partnerships and solidifying existing ones.
- 1-2 years in Partnership Management
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in business analysis, pricing strategy, market research, and program management
- Proactive, independent, results-oriented and a highly motivated self-starter
- Value-adding team player and able to work as a team with good interpersonal skills
