Tender Project Administration

1. Conduct project tender processes starting from:
a. Receiving tender invitations/ seeking project information by using a tender mechanism;
b. Prepare and present documents related to the requirements, including: bids, documents proving qualifications, other administration for LPSE tenders and others;
c. Compile/ make tender documents which will be uploaded/ delivered to related institutions/ bodies (RAB, TKDN, Implementation, Integrity Pact, etc.)
d. Uploading/ Delivering LPSE and E-procurement/ auction administrative requirements documents to related agencies/ agencies
e. Other matters related to the project tender process.
2. Monitor all stages related to the tender project;
3. Doing correspondence and coordinating with agencies/ Project Owners/ Customers regarding the project tender process;
4. Coordinate with other pic departments/ divisions in the Company regarding the fulfillment of the requirements required in the project tender process;
5. Provide progress reports related to the project tender process and its constraints to the Chief Project Operation.
6. Maintain and maintain documentation and completeness of project tender process requirements properly.
7. Perform other tasks given by Chief Project Operation.
1. Minimum D3/ S1 education or equivalent or has worked for at least 3 (three) years in the fields of Construction, Electrical Installation, Power Transfer, and similar fields;
2. Have good control over the E-Procurement tender system and LPSE (Electronic Procurement Services) and understand the E-catalog registration process;
3. Able to coordinate with agencies/ Project Owners/ Customers, Superiors, and other departments/ divisions in the Company.
4. Having discipline, thoroughness, tenacity and being able to work under pressure, and accustomed to deadlines for work;
5. Able to make reports related to work activities.
Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan
Gaji: Rp4.000.000 - Rp6.000.000 per bulan
