**Position: Head of Operations, Sales, and Marketing (Senior Manager)**

**Location: Jakarta Selatan**

**Reports to: CEO/Managing Director**

**Industry: Vape/E-cigarette/E-liquid - Retail and Distribution**

**Salary : IDR10,000,000 to IDR12,500,000 per month**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operations Management:

- Operational Strategy
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline the entire retail process, from procurement to final distribution.
- Oversee supply chain, logistics, and inventory management to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
- Quality Control & Compliance
- Collaborate with E-liquid and Device manufacturer teams to maintain high product standards and ensure all products comply with vaping regulations.
- Introduce process improvements and technology upgrades to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and marketing staff to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Build and nurture a high-performance culture within the teams.
- Sales Strategy & Management
- Sales Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and drive revenue growth.
- Set and track sales targets, analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the development of strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
- Implement systems to ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and feedback integration into the sales cycle.
- Sales Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set individual performance goals and provide mentorship to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales objectives.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Brand Development
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies to build brand awareness, market positioning, and product demand.
- Product Launches & Promotions
- Oversee product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing activities to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align new product offerings with market demand.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities in the vape industry.
- Monitor competitors and adjust marketing and sales strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Financial & Budgetary Oversight
- P&L Management
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting for the operations, sales, and marketing departments.
- Ensure cost-effective operations while maximizing profitability and ROI on marketing efforts.
- Performance Monitoring
- Establish KPIs for operations, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Regularly analyze financial performance, customer acquisition costs, and operational metrics to drive decision-making.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, sales, and marketing, preferably within the vape or e-liquid industry.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and brand development.
- Strong understanding of vape industry regulations, trends, and market dynamics.
- Expertise in both traditional and digital marketing strategies, including social media and content marketing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in team leadership, with the ability to inspire, coach, and manage cross-functional teams.
