**Job Responsibility**:
- Bertanggungjawab untuk mencapai target penjualan dan meningkatkan produktifitas kerja team
- Bertanggungjawab dalam pengadaan produk, program account dan kegiatan penjualan
- Menjalin kelancaran, kerjasama dan komunikasi antar Beauty Advisor, Dept. Store dan perusahaan
**Qualification**:
- Pendidikan mínimal S1 semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Sales Supervisor di bidang Kosmetik mínimal 3 tahun
- Memiliki semangat yang tinggi dan bertanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaannya
- Mengenal dan paham market kosmetik di area yang ditugaskan
- Menguasai selling technique dan teknik negosiasi
- Mampu mengalisa data penjualan
- Mempunyai leadership skill untuk mengontrol kinerja Beauty Advisor
- Mempunyai keahlian mengolah data akan menjadi kelebihan
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, jujur dan integritas yang tinggi
- Dapat bekerja sama dalam tim
