We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive to contribute in generating sales at Ninja Xpress. Will be responsible for identifying potential target accounts based on assigned area, closing sales deals and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective account executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. Must be comfortable presenting products or services as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective or current clients
- Prospect for leads and perform heavy cold-calling to build a pipeline of businesses
- Supervise accounts daily to retain existing relationships
- Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers and carriers
- Responsible for creating sales goals to aid in achieving targets
- Uphold rapport with clients and prospects
- Nurture new sales leads to secure business
- Responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients
- Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales target
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- 2 years of working experiences in sales/business development/relevant position, preferably from logistic industry
- Proficiency in Ms. Office & Salesforce is a plus
- Able to communicate in English
