Merchant Account Management Executive

Job Scope:

- Engage with merchants and build strong business relationships
- Form marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Drive growth and high ROI, take a data driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each partner in order to grow basket size and create loyal customers
- Serve as the point of contact between the merchant and internal stakeholders (i.e. Customer Experience team) and ensure our partners are maintaining service and food quality consistency
- Ensure that issues of concern are resolved promptly
- Collaborate cross functionally with the product, operations and merchant acquisition team to make sure our merchants have the best possible experience

Essential Experience / Criteria:

- Bachelor Degree
- Have a good track record of driving revenue through partnerships with account / big merchants
- Able to work well under pressure and in a dynamic environment
- Have great negotiation skills to close and secure partnerships
- Able to articulate and write well in English
- Have a good grasp of the how the delivery space and food delivery business operates

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: Rp3,500,000 - Rp3,700,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Semarang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- Account Management: 1 year (required)
- B2B Partnership: 1 year (preferred)
- partnership with food merchants: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
