- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing field or similar.
- Having experience as a Key Account/Trade Marketing Supervisor in FMCG for a minimum of 2 years
- Having a solid key account portfolio, network, and track record in Modern Trade (MT) channel NKA / MTI.
- Strong sales and distribution management skills
- Excellent business knowledge and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership skill
- Based in: Semarang

Job Description:

- Manage regionwide distribution of all PT Gunung Slamat's products via Modern Trade (MT) channels like chain/individual supermarkets, mínimarkets, etc.
- Responsible to grow the local/national market for the business
- Responsible for managing Distributors' sales team to ensure the availability of stocks in the branch and ensure timely deliverance of the products to Modern Trade (MT) to maintain an excellent customer satisfaction level
- Responsible for creating and manage the budget for promotion plans and executing them effectively in the market
- Responsible to manage Sales Promotion Staff(s) and Merchandiser(s) assigned in designated outlets to ensure the proper, safe, and hygienic distribution of the products
- Responsible to grow the local/national market for the business

Gaji: Rp4.000.000 - Rp7.000.000 per bulan
