Role Description:
Build strategic relationships with SMB merchants and drive revenue;Having role as Account Management Executive, we're looking for someone who can operate independently, get things done promptly, and achieve successful result
Job overview:
1. Engage with merchants and build strong business relationships, listening to their needs, feedback and always stay in close communications
2. Form marketing campaigns and initiatives together with our partners
**Qualifications**
- Experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management, sales across various business sectors is considered an advantageous asset.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient in both written and spoken English with foundational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Experience in the Indonesian market (especially in Central Java) is a plus
- Recent graduates with strong self-confidence and excellent interpersonal skills. are encouraged to apply.
