Gravel is a growth stage startup disrupting untapped industry in Indonesia. Our startup is still in stealth mode located in Central Jakarta. Our team hailed from UC Berkeley, and also top companies from the Bay Area and Indonesia, such as Grab, Gojek, Shopee, Traveloka, OVO, etc.
**Job Description**:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, mail, chat, or other support communication channel
- Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance
- Provide relevant information according to organization’s product and service policies
- Assist customers by mastering full knowledge of experience from their perspective
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints when necessary
- Escalate and coordinate with internal departments to obtain best solution for customers
- Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
**Qualifications**:
- Great listening skill and corresponding skill (both verbal & written)
- Great service attitude with customer oriented mindset
- Good problem solving and analysis skill
- Able to adapt in fast pace working environment
- Able to identify problem and give resolution with high accuracy
- Previous experience in Tech company would be preferred
- High initiave, creative, hardworking, and able to maintain team player spirit
- 2+ years of previous customer service experience is a plus
