About The Role

EF Adults is expanding our team and looking for an experienced Online Course Consultant (Sales) who is highly motivated and fits our EF culture. We are looking for a person who will be responsible for penetrating the non-Jakarta/Surabaya Market through an online approach, selling EF Online products. You will work with the Online Course Consultant team to deliver the best consultation experience to our respective customers and help them facilitate the product that suits their needs the most.

**Responsibility**:
Provide complete information on all EF English Courses (online products) and comprehensive consultations to prospective students,

Full responsibility of the end-to-end process from calling leads to closing the deal,

Working closely with other departments to provide the best learning experience for our customers,

Building positive long-term relationships with customers.

Meeting monthly targets given by company.
Minimum 1 year experience in tele-sales (B2C), preferably in the service industry,

Familiar with zoom/teams/other virtual online meeting platform,

Good communication skills both in English and Bahasa (speaking and writing),

Excellent in doing online presentations,

Have the ability to work in a team,

Self-motivated and detail-oriented,

Have a learning attitude and take an active part in any initiatives in team development.
