Job Description
Meninjau, menyusun, dan mengelola kontrak kerja, termasuk kontrak karyawan, perjanjian kerjasama antar perusahaan, dan perjanjian lainnya.
Menyusun dan meninjau kebijakan internal untuk memastikan kepatuhan dengan hukum ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku.
Memastikan perusahaan beroperasi sesuai dengan regulasi ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku.
Menangani persoalan ketenagakerjaan dan bekerja sama dengan pihak terkait untuk pemecahan masalah.
Menyiapkan laporan terkait aspek-aspek hukum ketenagakerjaan.
Menganalisis tren dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan kebijakan.
Memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan dan manajemen terkait dengan kebijakan dan prosedur ketenagakerjaan.
Melakukan perhitungan absensi dan payroll
Membuat surat untuk promosi, demosi, rotasi karyawan
Melakukan proses orientasi kepada karyawan baru
Melakukan evaluasi KPI karyawan
Requirement
Pendidikan min. S1 Hukum
Pengalaman kerja di bidang HR Legal min. 2 tahun
Keterampilan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik untuk berinteraksi dengan karyawan dan pihak eksternal.
Kemampuan analisis untuk mengevaluasi kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap regulasi dan memberikan rekomendasi.
Memiliki keterampilan Ms. Office terutama excel
