**Position Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
**HR Administration**:
- **Employee Records Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, including contracts, payslips, and addendums.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating policies as needed.
- **Benefits Administration**: Oversee employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, inquiries, and BPJS submissions.
- **HRIS Maintenance**: Manage and update employee databases, ensuring data accuracy.
- **Office Administration**: Coordinate procurement of office supplies, maintain office assets, and manage facility needs.
- **Employee Support**: Address HR-related queries professionally and promptly.
**Talent Acquisition**:
- **Job Postings**: Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- **Client Collaboration**: Partner with recruitment supervisors and team leads to meet client hiring needs.
- **Interview Coordination**: Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR; offshore recruitment experience preferred.
- Proficiency in ATS, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and HRIS tools.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Familiarity with employment laws and BPJS processes (preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
