**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Able to use various tech software for day-to-day functioning.
- Monitor customer complaints on Zendesk and be able to use Jira/ HubSpot/ Zoom/ Google Analytics.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.

**Requirements**:

- Min. Bachelor degree in any field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role with a start-up (preferably work experiences from Digital and/or Payment Field).
- A positive and resilient attitude (flexibility to work in dynamic and fast-paced environment).
- Able to work remotely and efficiently.
- Ability to use Zendesk and Jira is a MUST.
- Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Customer Support Specialist will be communicating with customers in Singapore and Indonesia, bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
