**Job description**

Product and Client Support Specialist (Healthcare)

The Specialist / Product and Client Support Specialist (Healthcare) is a key commercial role focused on delivering healthcare software solutions to customers and partners. This position collaborates with Sales and Product Management to meet customer needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Document and verify customer feedback/requirements
- Implement custom requirements for configurable products
- Lead testing and validation of custom requirements
- Handle customer feedback to shape the product roadmap
- Assist in the customer discovery process
- Introduce new features to existing customers
- Support new customer onboarding
- Maintain internal SOPs and customer manuals
- Contribute to the growth of a dynamic organization

**Qualifications**
- **Bachelor's in Life Science, Nursing, or Biomedical Engineering**:

- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in healthcare
- Interest in HealthTech and basic programming skills (HTML, CSS, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with testing, validation, and deployment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage varying priorities
- Goal-oriented and resilient
- EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS
