- Pria, Usia maks. 35 tahun
- Pendidikan min. D3 dari jurusan Administrasi,/Manajemen/bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman kerja min. 2-3 tahun di bidang administrasi kendaraan atau fleet management, terutama terkait pengurusan STNK dan KIR.
- Teliti, cermat, dan mampu mengelola berbagai tugas administrasi secara efisien.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office (terutama Excel) dan aplikasi manajemen fleet.
- Memahami peraturan dan regulasi terkait kendaraan komersial.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan dapat bekerja sama dengan tim.
**Job Description**:
- Mengkoordinasikan pengurusan dan perpanjangan STNK, KIR, dan dokumen legalitas lainnya untuk seluruh armada.
- Memastikan semua kendaraan memiliki dokumen yang valid dan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.
- Mengelola data kendaraan dalam sistem manajemen fleet dan memastikan informasi selalu terbarui.
- Berkomunikasi dengan instansi pemerintah seperti Samsat dan Dishub serta pihak terkait lainnya untuk pengurusan dokumen.
- Mengawasi jadwal perpanjangan dokumen dan memastikan tidak ada yang terlewat.
- Membuat laporan berkala mengenai status dokumen kendaraan dan proses administrasi.
