**Job Overview**

You will run the daily functions of the Human Resource Division which include administering pay, compensation and benefits coordination, leave, organization development, staff relation and enforcing company policies and procedures.

This position will report to the Head of People.

**Responsibilities**
- Day-to-day activity of HR operations including leave/sick/overtime reports and records, BPJS Health/ Employment, and employee relations.
- Managing employee working contracts and compensation areas.
- Creating related HR Documents, and memo.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information.
- Support other HR-related activities in the field of the organization when necessary.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics when necessary.

**Skill Required**
- Proven work experience as an HR Generalist for at least 3-4 years.
- Work experience in a service industry and IT-related industry is a plus.
- Upper Intermediate level English.
- Familiarity with Google Suites (Google Doc, Google Spreadsheet, and Google Slide); knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High-level attention to details.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Able to work in a team.
- Comfortable working with an overseas client.
- Communicate in English on a daily basis.

**Good to have**
- HR certification.
- Familiar with the decision-making process.
- Familiar Indonesian’s Labour Regulation.
- Tech Savvy.
