Key Account Specialist

Job Description:
- Manage and grow key modern trade accounts (supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers in key retail chains
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key accounts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and volume targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance regularly, ensuring all KPIs are met.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to grow market share in modern trade.
- Lead contract negotiations including terms of trade, pricing, promotions, and other business agreements.
- Monitor and evaluate the financial health of the accounts, focusing on profitability.
- Plan, negotiate, and execute promotional campaigns and in-store activities to increase brand visibility.
- Ensure product availability and optimal shelf placement in stores.
- Coordinate with the marketing and merchandising teams to implement effective point-of-sale materials.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and financial projections for key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
- Gather customer insights and monitor market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on competitors and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- At least 5 years of working experience in same position (Sales & Marketing Modern - Trade Consumer Good & retail)
- Experience with all Buyers in dealing with Trading Terms from Supermarket & understanding flow Key Account Process
- Supporting Key Account team in operational, execution and sales management in National Area for all MT Channel
- Have good selling skill, good relations with buyer & good skill of negotiation
- Have good vision to develop sales strategy
- Having good interpersonal ability & communication
- Willingly to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara
