1. Approaching New Strategic-Partnership on System Usage
- 2. Onboarding New Strategic-Partnership on System Usage
- 3. Generating transaction recorded from New Strategic-Partnership on System Usage
- 4. Driving full system adoption of New Strategic-Partnership on System Usage
- 5. Maintaining relationship with Current Strategic-Partnership on System Usage
- 6. Coordinating with other teams about execution of the strategic-partnership project

**Responsibility**:

- Plan strategic key account management including negotiation, implementation, and sales objective planning in general trade/traditional FMCG market
- Building relationship with key account
- Monitor sales achievement, key account performance evaluation, and all key account monthly activities
- Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (product and sales team)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor (S1)
- Proactive problem-solvers and high-initiative
- Confident; Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willing to go down into the field and get down in the trenches
- Proven achievement in sales and marketing
- Target and Result oriented
- Experience in FMCG Industry or B2B tech startup with min. 2-3 years as Key Account Specialist, Key Account Manager, Partnership Specialist, or Business Development
- Have a large network of big players in the supply chain (FMCG) industry
- Good attitude and have high motivation driven
