**Job Descriptions**:

- Maintain the relationship between Comika and the client brand company, and ensures that the collaboration goes well
- Make an strategy for Sales team
- Analysis and actively seeking out prospects and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Analysis and actively seeking out prospects for sponsorship and partnership
- Provide an end-to-end process for clients needed according to the requirements, target audiences, and objective.
- Maintain, build, and developing long-lasting relationship with a new sponsors and potential partners
- Become a liaison between partners and the internal Comika team
- Management of client accounts from start to finish (from generating, closing, and retaining leads/ clients/accounts) by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with Comika products and services.
- Work together with different teams to ensure the best possible service for our clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Having a minimum of 3-4 years of work experience
- Having experience in Agency/Event Promotor/Talent Management
- Have a proven B2B sales track record is a plus
- Having an effective communication skills and exceptional customer service skills
- Having an experiences for handling a team
