1. Bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola dokumen perusahaan yang berhubungan dengan perjanjian kerjasama maupun legal contract

2. Mengelola dokumen legalitas perusahaan dan segala dokumen administrasi dan perijinan perusahaan dan memonitoring hasilnya

3. Mengurus perizinan, sertifikat dan dokumen resmi lainnya yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan

4. Memastikan semua dokument yang diperlukan untuk pendaftaran valid dan sesuai dengan persyaratan BPOM, memasukan data ke sistem BPOM, memantau status produk dan memastikan semua produk terdaftar tepat waktu termasuk menyiapkan dokument untuk DIP ( Dokumen informasi Produk) untuk keperluan audit BPOM

5. Memberikan informasi terbaru ( update ) mengenai peraturan dan legalitas terkait pemerintah / BPOM mengenaik pemasaran produk

Kualifikasi:
1. Pria/wanita usia max 35 tahun

2. Mempunyai pengalaman kerja min 2 tahun pada posisi yang sama, ( mengurus perizinan BPOM, Halal atau OSS )

3. Pendidikan mínimal D1 atau Sederajat

4. Memiliki integritas tinggi, bertanggung jawab dan berkomitmen terhadap pekerjaan

5. Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi yang baik

6. Kemampuan analisa & problem solving yang baik

7. Penempatan Denpasar, Bali
