**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, plumbing, or a related field (preferred).
- Have working experience on similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership, management skills, and able to effectively supervise a team of technicians and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), able to interact professionally with clients, contractors, and project team members.
- Proficient in technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic construction environment.
- Willing to be placed at Tabanan, Bali.
- Calculate and plan MEP system, installation, and specification of the projects.
- Coordinate with internal project team, consultant, and contractor to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with overall construction plans.
- Supervise and coordinate the installation of MEP systems in accordance with project plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to coordinate MEP activities, resolve conflicts, and maintain productive working relationships.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to assess the performance and condition of MEP systems, identifying deficiencies and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor project progress, track MEP installation milestones, and report on key performance indicators to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and building codes related to MEP systems installation and operation.
- Coordinate technical aspect related to MEP with legal team during building permit process.
