**About the Role**
As an **Independent SaaS Sales Representative**, you’ll lead our sales efforts in the South Asia region, focusing on building meaningful client relationships, organizing product demonstrations, closing deals, and driving revenue.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Sales**: Identify, engage, and convert high-value leads (with additional leads provided internally).
- **Product Demonstrations**: Deliver compelling demos to showcase how our solutions add value (training provided).
- **Client Success**: Guide clients through onboarding and ensure their satisfaction post-purchase.
- **Support & Troubleshooting**: Address light support queries promptly to maintain excellent client relationships.
- **Collaboration**: Work with our international team to refine sales strategies and processes.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Proven Sales Experience**: Minimum 3 years in SaaS, and B2B environments.
- **CRM Expertise**: Skilled in using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines effectively.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Quick to learn new software platforms and adapt to tech trends.
- **Industry Knowledge (Bonus)**: Familiarity with the restaurant or hospitality sector is a plus.
**Qualifications**:
- **Required**:
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lead generation, product demonstration, closing deals, and B2B sales.
- Proficiency in solution selling and customer relationship management.
- Proven experience in SaaS or software sales.
- Background in the hospitality or restaurant industry (an asset)
