A creative agency specialising in brand development, digital marketing, and strategic communications is looking for a Senior Branding & Graphic Designer to join their team.

They will need to take ideas and turn them into tangible designs that exceed client expectations. With excellent communication skills, you know the right questions to ask, have incredible attention to detail and have great planning skills.

Responsibilities
- Transform ideas into innovative and impactful designs that exceed client expectations, ensuring brand alignment and visual appeal.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ask the right questions to fully understand their vision, and provide updates and insights to meet their brand objectives.
- Lead the design process from initial concept through to final delivery, with meticulous planning to manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure high standards in every project by reviewing design details carefully to deliver polished and precise results.
- Maintain and elevate brand consistency across all design outputs, adapting creative concepts to suit multiple formats, platforms, and audience segments.
- Work closely with clients and team members, integrating feedback constructively to refine and improve designs.
- Stay informed about industry trends to incorporate fresh, relevant design approaches that resonate with current market aesthetics and client expectations.
- Prepare and present designs to clients with persuasive rationale, showcasing how designs meet brand and strategic goals effectively.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Branding, or a related field is essential.
- Minimum of five years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding, preferably within the lifestyle, hospitality, or F&B sectors.
- Demonstrates an eye for detail, fresh concept generation, and a strong aesthetic judgment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with hands-on experience preparing finished art (FA) for print production.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects is preferred.
- Proven portfolio showcasing experience in Branding, including Brand Concept and Identity Creation, with both digital and print outputs.
- Experience in a design studio or agency as a graphic designer, preferably with projects in hospitality, and a strong portfolio demonstrating printed and digital design skills.
- Ability to interpret briefs, respond to feedback, and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong ability to meet deadlines, work closely with the team, and support junior designers by reviewing and ensuring quality standards.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with effective communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, planning, and organisational abilities to maintain brand consistency across projects.
- Positive, collaborative approach, willing to share expertise with the team and support overall creative development.
- Must have the right to live and work in Indonesia.
