**Responsibilities***:

- ** Lead the creative vision and strategy** for weddings, events, and hospitality experiences.
- Design **event concepts, themes, and aesthetics** that align with client needs and current industry trends.
- Collaborate with **event planners, designers, florists, and vendors** to ensure creative consistency and high-quality execution.
- ** Manage a creative team**, providing mentorship and direction to ensure design excellence.
- Oversee the **branding and visual identity** of events and hospitality projects, ensuring brand alignment across touchpoints.
- Develop and present **mood boards, mock-ups, and design proposals** to clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with **marketing and content teams** to produce visuals, brochures, and social media campaigns aligned with the company’s creative vision.
- Stay updated on **hospitality and wedding trends**, integrating new styles, colors, and themes into the company’s offerings.
- Ensure that projects are delivered **within budget and timelines** while maintaining creative quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Creative Director or Senior Designer** in the **hospitality, events, or wedding industry**.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to **motivate and inspire a creative team**.
- Exceptional **design sensibility** and knowledge of luxury aesthetics.
- Experience in **event design, visual storytelling, and branding**.
- Familiarity with **design tools** (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and project management platforms.
- Excellent **communication and presentation skills**, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
