**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior leadership role, preferably in the interior design, architectural, or sourcing industry.
- Strong understanding of the interior design and architecture business, including design concepts, project management, and industry trends.
- Previous experience within a consulting environment and/or architectural company.
- Strong business acumen and a track record of successful team leadership.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action.
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for creativity and design.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**:

- Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with our growth plan.
- Focus on optimising people, systems, and processes to drive operational excellence.
- Lead the development and execution of organisational growth strategies.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Oversee the overall implementation and adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Optimise systems and processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational functions.

**Team Empowerment**:

- Nurture a dynamic and collaborative team culture, inspiring creativity, and innovation.
- Lead, motivate, and empower teams across various departments, emphasising professional development.
- Implement effective performance management and talent development programs.

**Financial Management**:

- Spearhead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Drive cost-effective strategies and ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Implement financial controls and reporting mechanisms for efficient decision-making.

**Client and Project Management**:

- Oversee client relationship management strategies, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Ensure quality control in project execution, sourcing, and procurement.

**Marketing and Sales Leadership**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote brand and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to inform marketing and sales strategies.

**Business Development**:

- Identify business growth opportunities and contribute to the development of new initiatives.
- Build strategic partnerships to enhance the studio’s market position.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
