Impact is the global leader in Partnership Automation. We work with enterprise and innovative brands like Ticketmaster, Levi's, Microsoft, Airbnb, and Uber to help them manage all different types of partnerships. From social influencers, B2B, strategic partners, publishers, and traditional affiliates, we have them covered. Our combined suite of products covers the full life partnership lifecycle including onboarding, tracking ads and paying partners, recruiting for new partners, data and marketing intelligence, and protection from fraud. Founded in 2008 by the same team that founded Commission Junction, Impact has grown to over 1000 employees and eleven offices across the United States, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
**Why this role is exciting**
We are looking for a great operator who can support the Channel Partnerships team in sourcing new partner opportunities, advancing relationships and ensuring that our partner ecosystem continues to grow.
This role with support our growing Indonesia market.
**What you will be doing**:
- Evaluate and blueprint new Channel Partners across Indonesia: Agencies, Consultancies, Tech Integration Partners, Alliances
- Proactive outreach to new channel partners, setting meetings for Channel Partnerships Managers
- Maintain updated channel partner information on file and stored in CRM for outbound referral purposes
- Support the preparation of business reviews with channel partners to encourage leads and opportunities
- Update the internal CRM daily with all interactions with channel partners and maintains accurate reporting on all leads, outbound referrals, inbound referrals, renewals, and client portfolios
- Coordinate with marketing to develop co-marketing material, support with events and network with partners
**Does this sound like you?**
- Previous experience supporting SaaS products (1-2 years)
- Moderate to advanced experience using Salesforce or similar Sales CRM
- Moderate understanding of agency and tech integration partner landscape
- Channel Partnerships experience (advantageous)
- Previous experience with affiliate marketing or influencer management technology platform (advantageous)
- Fluent in English and Bahasa
