Channel Partnership

**Job description**:
- Develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective partner enablement and support.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell our products or services.
- Track and report on key metrics, such as partner performance, revenue generated, and market share.
**Req**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in channel partner management min. 3 years++
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the (specific industry) market is a plus.
