**About Us**

Our Finance team is maintaining the running of the business and keep track of accounts while leveraging potential opportunities. Fuel our moonshots by devising innovative solutions to complex problems in forecasting, accounting, compliance, and project management. From advising our product teams to managing day-to-day balance sheets, you’ll help keep our business on track to meet (or, better yet, exceed) our goals.

**What we do**:
Provide thought leadership and financial support to effectively and efficiently run our forecasting, planning, and management reporting processes for our business.

Enhance our business and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tracking in collaboration with all department in the business.

Serve as a Finance Business Partner to Leaders and the management team.

Act as the Finance Point of Contact and key influencer to reach alignment and support to achieve our mission.

Lead and develop a team of managers and analysts supporting Finance area and management processes.

Lead the business with Finance strategy, including development of sales performance framework and resource allocation decisions, and participate with Product Finance on the long range planning.

**The attribute of the team**:
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within the consumer in our business with a focus on Sales and our Market.

Experience in regularly presenting to executives with comfort and exceptional verbal/written communication skills.

Ability to manage with ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment.

Ability to be organized, strategically focused, and detail oriented.

Business judgment, conviction, and confidence to communicate and influence effectively with business partners.
