**About the Program**

This internship program is an exciting initiative by Vplus Platinum 8 designed to offer Indonesian students a hands-on learning experience in the fields of Finance and Secretary roles. Through this program, participants will gain practical skills, deep insights into the financial sector, and an understanding of administrative functions within a dynamic digital banking environment. **Program Responsibilities**
- Finance Intern:_
- Assist in financial analysis and reporting, including data collection and interpretation.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial statements.
- Participate in financial audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Help in tracking and analyzing financial performance and market trends.
- Provide administrative support for finance-related tasks and projects.
- Secretary Intern:_
- Aid in managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating communication within the department.
- Handle documentation, including drafting, editing, and filing reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing presentations, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining records.
- Support the team in executing daily operational tasks and project coordination.
- Facilitate smooth communication between departments and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Active Student in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
