**Job Description**:

- Design the right business strategy, operating model, organization structure, and required infrastructure to deliver the target
- Design & build rice business unit team from operations, sourcing, commercial
- Manage everyday end-to-end operations from building network for sourcing, supply chain, processing, quality control and commercial within rice unit
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
- Has the agility to develop different business model & regions covered within rice unit
- Familiar with different technology (or able to design technology required) to advance business processes

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 4 years working experience
- Experience in the broader agriculture sector is a must
- Experience in rice trading business is preferred
- Exposure to tech start-up working environment (fast paced, high performance) is preferred
- Good communications, interpersonal and leadership skills proven with prior experience in leading sizable team
- Had exhibited ability to perform and meet sales target in previous professional experience
