**Requirement**:
- Minimum of an Associate Degree (D3) in any major with a GPA of 2.75
- Recent graduate (fresh graduate) or up to 2 years of experience in the same position
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Experience in customer service
- Clear articulation and good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong sense of empathy
- Ability to set a friendly tone (smiling voice)
- Good analytical skills
- Typing speed of 50 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Fast response time, effective and efficient in work
- Familiarity with operating and answering messages on Messenger
- Able to work in a dynamic environment
- Fully vaccinated with a minimum of 2 doses
