**Tugas & Tanggung Jawab**:
- Merekrut affiliator di berbagai Social Media & Market Place, dengan fokus pada creator yang memiliki content menarik dan aktif melakukan livestream.
- Membuat campaign dan program yang efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan.
- Mengawasi siklus penjualan dari awal hingga penutupan, termasuk penyusunan proposal dan presentasi.
- Mampu mengelola data penjualan, dan menganalisis pasar dan trend industri.
- Mengembangkan dan melaksanakan strategi pengembangan bisnis yang efektif.
- Mencari dan menjalin hubungan dengan mitra potensial.
- Memimpin negosiasi kontrak dan kesepakatan bisnis.
- Memonitor perkembangan penjualan dan bersikap responsif.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal seperti pemasaran, produksi, dan keuangan untuk mencapai tujuan bisnis.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim sosmed untuk membuat konten yang menarik.
**Kualifikasi Business Development**:
- Pendidikan mínimal D3
- Berpengalaman di bidang Business Development lebih diutamakan.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Berpenampilan menarik.
- Mampu mengikuti arahan dari Project Manager.
- Kemampuan analisis yang tajam untuk mengidentifikasi peluang.
- Domisili Tangerang dan sekitarnya.
- Sanggup mengikuti jam operasional perusahaan.
